Which staples should I use?
Check the compatibility listed on each product page. Some models use 24/6 or 26/6 staples; Pocket Mini uses No.10. Staples are not included.
Where do you ship?
We deliver to street addresses in the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to U.S. territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
What does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping is free on every order. Tax is displayed as $0.00; this is not a claim of legal tax exemption.
When should I expect delivery?
Handling is 1–2 business days plus 3–4 business days in transit after dispatch: an estimated 4–6 business days in total, plus any wait until the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
What is your daily cutoff?
07:00 PM Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed GMT−06:00 throughout the year. Orders after the cutoff, on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
Can I return an item?
Request authorization within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. The return address is in Dunkerque, France. Customers cover change-of-mind return shipping; we cover our errors, damage or defects. No restocking fee applies.
What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Email [email protected] with your order number, the issue and available photos. Ordinary unused-condition and intact-packaging rules do not prevent damage, defect or wrong-item claims.
When will I receive an approved refund?
Approved refunds are automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
